83 years old female with known case of DM II, hypertension and coronary artery disease, complaining of difficulty in swallowing with solids and liquids for 6 years was admitted to Kaizen Hospital.

It was diagnosed that she had Achalasia cardia type II.

Pneumatic Balloon dilation was successfully carried out.  Now she is able to swallow food without any difficulties.
